A schedule planner that keeps your information on your device.

In short

• Schedule content is never sent to or stored on the Kylskåpsveckan server.
• The service uses no analytics, advertising networks or tracking pixels.
• No cookies are set. Necessary local storage saves what you explicitly create.
• You can export your own backup or delete all local data at any time.

What is stored locally

Once you start creating a schedule, the following is saved in your browser’s localStorage:

• titles and subtitles
• weekdays, sections, times, colors and selected icons
• bottom sections containing notes or date ranges
• the active schedule and selected language

If you change the color theme, that preference is also stored locally. The data remains until you clear it here, remove it through your browser or clear site data on the device.

No server storage for schedules

The application has no account, database or API that receives schedule content. Export creates a JSON file directly in the browser. Import reads that file in the browser.

Like every website, the server must receive a normal web request to deliver the page. It can technically see details such as the IP address, time, requested URL and browser type. The Kylskåpsveckan application does not store this information or use it for profiling or analytics. Schedule content is never part of the request.

Cookies and consent

Kylskåpsveckan uses no cookies and no non-essential storage. Local storage is limited to the save function the user explicitly uses and a theme preference the user chooses. A consent banner is therefore not shown. If analytics, advertising or any other non-essential storage is introduced, this must be reassessed and valid prior consent obtained.

Protecting your information

Do not enter sensitive personal data. Anyone who can use your browser profile or device may also be able to read the locally saved schedule. Use the export function if you need a backup, and keep that file somewhere secure.

Because the service never receives schedule content, the operator cannot read, provide or delete it for you. You control the local information. If you believe personal data has nevertheless been handled incorrectly, you may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). imy.se.
